Residential Bathroom Remodel
This small condo bathroom was formerly outfitted with builder's grade fixtures that were too large for the space and aesthetically out of step with the modern feel of the rest of the unit. We removed everything but the bath tub and installed a more space efficient vanity, toilet and sink. In addition we replaced the floor tiles, the shower enclosure and tub tiles, as well as the towel bar, toilet paper holder and wall shelf.

This particular project was multi-faceted. The owner was in need of an additional bedroom (which we created using space from the living room), as well and updates to the powder room, kitchen and full bathroom. Additionally, we installed a mini laundry area which consists of an all in one washer, enclosure and cabinets.
